Marisa has apparently found the fountain of youth and isn’t sharing. The “My Cousin Vinny” star took the bold step of appearing completely topless for her new movie “The Wrestler” and her forty-plus body looks more appetizing then a bad decision does to a NY Giant wide receiver.

The Oscar-Award winning actress plays an “over-aged” stripper named Cassidy who, like most performers, falls in love with Randy ‘The Ram’ Robinson (played by Mickey Rourke) after giving him a stimulating lap dance.

Marisa wisely separated herself from epic fails like Lindsay Lohan in ‘I Know Who Killed Me’, Sarah Shahi in ‘The Dog Problem’ and Jessica Alba in ‘Sin City’; actresses who chose dignity over realism by not going nude for their roles as exotic performers.

Aside from showing her perfect pecs, Marisa, who just celebrated her 44th birthday on Thursday, also sported fake tattoos and wore fake nipple rings for her role as Cassidy. The film’s director, Darren Aronofsky, explained to New York Daily News the difficulties behind Tomei’s tah-tah jewelry, “The hardest part was fitting the fake nipple piercings on her. You’d be surprised at how long that took, but we were happy with how it came out.”

‘The Wrestler’, which also stars up and comer Evan Rachel Wood, is a drama centered on retired professional wrestler Randy “The Ram” Robinson as he makes his way through the independent circuit, trying to get back in the game for one final showdown with his former rival [source]. The film is expected to be released in limited theaters on December 17th.
