Christine Lakin in Big Girl Underwear

29 year old Christine Lakin has sure grown up from her days as little “Al” Lambert on the 1990s ABC sit-comedy ‘Step by Step’. She’s got a new show on The CW called ‘Valentine’. I’m not sure if it’s anything like how I spend valentines day each year: giving away heart shaped candy and flowers in exchange for planting a small seed of hope for future sex from a co-worker who thinks I’m “too much of a friend to ever do that” but doesn’t understand that I’m really just a sex-crazed pervert who merely has become overly shy due to years of stalking her from a far.

However, it does have Christine in her underwear. Which won’t be the last time it does. Lakin tells Zap2iT that we should expect another equally skintastic scene in the coming weeks:

Lakin: Ahhh… well I will say this, [my character] Kate winds up in her underwear not just once but twice in the first 5 episodes… so she definitely has a few romantic moments, if you can call them that! I’m sure she will eventually have a real romance of her own, although I don’t know who it will be with. Her relationship with Danny is an interesting one. It’s a lot of Love-Hate, very reminiscent of Sam and Diane on Cheers… which is a terribly fun relationship to discover acting-wise.
